We ship to most of the U.S. A few states don't allow online sales, and a few limit how big a canister can be. Find your state below.

Massachusetts
Massachusetts only allows sellers licensed in the state to sell self-defense spray.

New York only allows licensed in-state sellers, so we can't sell online there.

Before you carry
Legal to buy isn't legal everywhere
Some places say no
Schools and campuses, courthouses, government buildings and airport security areas can ban pepper spray even where it's legal. Check before you go.

What happens if I order to a state you can't ship to?
We check the delivery address on every order. If we can't ship it, we cancel the order and refund you.
Can I send POM to someone in another state?
Yes, as long as we ship to their state. The rules for the delivery address apply, not where you live.
Why can't I get Home Defense in my state?
Some states cap how much spray one canister can hold. Home Defense holds 9.2 oz, which is over the limit in Arkansas, California, Florida, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina and South Carolina. Our ½ oz Clip, Key and Snap ship to every state we serve.
Can I fly with pepper spray?
Never in a carry-on. On U.S. flights, the FAA allows one self-defense spray up to 4 fl oz in checked bags if it has a safety mechanism, and some airlines ban it entirely. Don't pack it for an international flight. Read our flying guide.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. We only ship to addresses in the United States.
