Where We Can Ship POM Pepper Spray
Notes: Some states allow DTC shipping but have size/label rules (e.g., CA ≤2.5oz; FL ≤2oz; SC ≤50cc; NV ≤2 fl oz; NC ≤150cc; NJ ≤0.75oz; WI ≤10% OC). Aerosol products cannot be shipped by air to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories. Always verify local and carrier rules before ordering or carrying.

Cannot Ship (Direct-to-Consumer)
Due to state laws or carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship pepper spray directly to the following states and U.S. territories:
- Massachusetts — must be purchased from a licensed firearms dealer.
- New York — must be purchased from licensed dealers or pharmacists; additional NYC regulations apply.
- Alaska — cannot ship aerosols by air; local in-store purchase only.
- Hawaii — cannot ship aerosols by air; local in-store purchase only.
- Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories — cannot ship aerosols by air due to hazmat transport restrictions.
Orders placed to these states or territories will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Size & Label Limits to Observe (for eligible states)
- California: ≤ 2.5 oz aerosol; labeling, expiration, and first-aid info required.
- Florida: ≤ 2 oz “self-defense chemical spray.”
- South Carolina: ≤ 50 cc (~1.7 oz).
- Nevada: ≤ 2 fl oz aerosol.
- North Carolina: Spray ≤ 150 cc; cartridges ≤ 50 cc.
- New Jersey: ≤ 0.75 oz per person.
- Wisconsin: OC ≤ 10% concentration with approved labeling.
Always verify local rules before carrying. Campuses, courthouses, and airports may prohibit possession regardless of state law.
