Next Generation Pepper Spray

The POM Runner Pepper Spray is your ideal running companion. Featuring a stretch-fit glove, it securely holds the pepper spray unit in your palm, ready to go when you need it. The flip-top safety design prevents accidental discharge, so you can focus on your run with peace of mind.

The ambidextrous runner glove fits either hand, offering essential safety for every runner. Crafted from breathable material, it’s comfortable even on long runs. With reliable flip-top safety, there’s no risk of accidental sprays, making this a top-tier accessory for women’s running safety.

Lab-Tested Precision: HPLC verified at 1.40% Major Capsaicinoids, ensuring peak quality and effectiveness in every unit.
Powerful Formulation: 10% OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) with 1.40% Major Capsaicinoids with 2.12 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
Stream Spray Pattern: Powerful spray pattern for accurate targeting and reduced blowback.
High Performance: Provides up to 35 bursts or up to 15 seconds of continuous spray
Effective Range: Reaches up to 12 feet, offering safety at a distance.
Compact & Portable: 0.75 fluid oz unit that sits in the palm of the glove, ideal for running.
Expiration Date: Slide off the plastic sleeve at the bottom of the unit to access the metal canister, where the expiration date is printed on the bottom.
Batch & Unit Number: Printed just beneath the expiration date on the metal canister, so every unit traces back to its lab-tested batch.

What do OC, MC and SHU mean?

Store your POM between 32°F (0°C) and 120°F (49°C). Keeping it in your vehicle is fine as long as it's out of direct sunlight and the temperature inside stays below 120°F. On hot days a parked car can get hotter than that, so take it with you. Extreme temperature swings can cause the unit to leak and affect how it sprays.

When disposing of the unit, make sure all contents have been fully discharged, then discard it in a regular trash can.

Lab-tested

Tested every batch.

Every POM starts with certified pepper, is lab tested batch by batch, and can be traced back to the batch it came from.

See the science

Certified pepper, every lot
Every lot of pepper we buy arrives with a certificate of analysis, so we know exactly what goes into each batch.
HPLC tested, every batch
We mix each batch in large IBC drums, then HPLC test it to verify its strength at 1.40% major capsaicinoids.
Traceable to the unit
The metal canister is printed with its batch number and its unit number in that batch, right beneath the expiration date.
Made in the USA
Made in the USA, with quality checks on every production run to meet ISO standards.
